Role
A Hospital Aide is an integral part of our team of
health professionals. We are looking for a Hospital Aide who has excellent
communication skills, and the ability to use their initiative. You will
enjoy being busy and don - t mind that the role can be at times physically
demanding. You will be hard-working and enjoy working in a well-established
team. Bring your positive attitude, caring and compassionate nature and sense
of humour to help us support our patients.
The role of a Hospital Aid varies from day to day but you will be there to make
sure that the ward is running smoothly and to its highest potential. This could
mean performing a variety of tasks such as:
- Basic patient care.
- Cleaning and tidying the ward.
- Assisting the nursing team with a variety of tasks on the ward.
- Ensuring that patients have the best experience possible.
