Reporting Advisor - Digital Investment Office (DIO)

  • Help establish a dynamic new function within GCDO
  • Work in a new team within the DIO
  • Lead and coordinate the production and dissemination of reporting.

Digital Public Service (DPS) | Te Kōtui Whitiwhiti

The Digital Public Service Branch works across the Public Service to connect, influence and support the system to take advantage of new digital opportunities. It also supports the Government Chief Digital Officer (GCDO) to drive the government's digital transformation and position government to succeed in a changing and evolving digital age.

Reporting Advisor - Digital Investment Office (DIO)

  • Support and coordinate the analysis, production, and dissemination of reporting from the Digital Investment Office (DIO)
  • Develop reporting templates, tools, and assets that can be used by the DIO team and by key stakeholders (including practitioner level to senior officials and Ministers)
  • Create reports that support the delivery of key DIO outputs
  • Use data and insights in 'real time' within the DIO and across the GCDO to support increasingly evidence-based decisions and planning
  • Develop, document and maintain new DIO reporting processes that are reviewed and followed
  • Align and integrate DIO reporting with the Treasury, the Investment Management System and other System Leads
  • Apply a continuous improvement approach to the on-going development of reporting for the DIO
  • With assistance from the Communications Team, develop and oversee clear communications to agencies and other stakeholders around DIO reporting
