About the role

 

Come and join our friendly diverse team of 50 staff based in Wellington and Auckland.  Our Service Desk Analysts are professional and competent at resolving incidents and requests raised in our computing, application, radio, mobility and telephony environments via telephone, email or self-service portal.  To support our frontline police we operate a 24/7, 365 days a year service desk and are looking for motivated people to join our rotational rostered shifts.  This role will be based at Royal New Zealand Police college in Porirua, Wellington

  • Experience with Computers and Technology – IT Qualification Preferred.
  • Customer service experience where you’ll enjoy handling technical queries.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, high volume environment
  • A passion to deliver a quality and timely service
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Full Drivers License - AN ABSOLUTE MUST
  • Police Security Clearance
  • Be able to work a 24/7 roster, weekends and public holidays included.

 

We are looking for a person with excellent customer service skills and a passion to deliver world class service. People with hospitality, retail or other customer services work experience and an interest in IT are encouraged to apply.
