The Professional Leader – Occupational Therapy (PL-OT) is primarily responsible for providing clinical leadership and ensuring that Occupational Therapists competently deliver services that are underpinned by the best clinical practice to an agreed set of standards and service requirements.
This position is responsible for providing professional leadership and direction of the OT workforce to deliver quality care by working in partnership with practitioners and other key staff across the organisation’s divisions and community services and undertaking some specialised clinical work.
