- Location: Auckland City Hospital, Grafton

Te whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity
The Scan Centre provides a revolutionary and state of the art service, within the organisation. We always maintain accuracy, speed and attention to detail, to ensure that high standards are achieved when preparing clinical records for scanning. We are involved in the consistent application of policies and procedures to support clinical record scanning function. All members of our team understand the importance of patient confidentiality and have knowledge of the Privacy Act. The Scan Centre team consists of diverse cultures with an open and friendly atmosphere.
As a Scan Centre Clerk, your primary focus will be to prepare clinical records and loose documentation for digitising into the ADHB computerised record. For a short time during your day (approx. one hour) you may be required to lift file boxes (maximum weight 16 kgs) from one area to another in our offices alongside helping in our reception area when required.

Nga Pūkenga Motuhake | Important Skills
Given the importance of this role, we are seeking someone who has at least 2 years clerical/administration experience and intermediate skills with MS Office Suite and typing. It would be advantageous if you are proficient with internal computer programmes like CRTS, CMS and 3M Chart Scan.
You will be described as someone who is a team player, is highly professional and brings positive energy to all that you do.
