This opportunity does not come around often. Are you passionate about making a difference in Neuro rehabilitation?

We have an exciting opportunity for a full time, permanent Senior Physiotherapist to join our Adult Rehabilitation and Health of Older People (ARHOP) services based at Middlemore Hospital.

This role is based in the inpatient Neuro-rehabilitation wards with some cover for Outpatient rehabilitation if needed. You will be involved in the supervision and development of rotational staff, rehab assistants and physiotherapy students.  There is scope for involvement in leadership, service development projects, staff education and quality improvement work.

You will be professionally supported by a section head and other experienced physiotherapists as well as the wider inter-disciplinary team. We are committed to your continuing professional development through supervision, support and formal/informal training.

So if you are looking for a challenging, fun, and friendly place to work offering you a supportive working environment we would like to hear from you.

Essential

  • Minimum six years clinical experience preferably in Neuro
  • Previous experience working in a rehabilitation team
  • Registration with the NZ Physiotherapy Board, current APC
