Location:    Lower Hutt Hospital - Hutt Valley District

Service:      Woman's and Children's Health Service

Contract:    Permanent Full time ( Monday to Friday)

Salary:        $61,146 - $73,609 NZNO Meca based on experience

Closing:      7th February 2023

Kōrero mō te tūranga - About the role

Enrolled Nurse Children's Outpatient - We have exciting opportunity available for an enrolled nurse to work as a clinic nurse in our Children's Outpatient Department at Hutt Hospital. You will be working in partnership with babies, children, adolescents and their families, and have opportunity to care for and develop skills in paediatric nursing. You will be working closely with the clinicians in running the clinics and attending to nursing and administrative tasks required for day to day running of the clinic. We are looking for nurses who have a passion for working with babies, children, adolescents and their families. The position is full - time working Monday to Friday.

We have a dynamic and supportive team in Children's Outpatient which consists of Paediatric Community Nursing team, Paediatricians, Clerical staff and other multi-disciplinary team.

Moū - About you

We are looking for nurses who have:

  • Excellent time management and communication skills
  • Team focused and have positive attitude
  • Passion for and experience working with babies/children and families
  • A recognised Enrolled Nurse qualification

You must be registered with the Nursing Council of New Zealand and hold a current APC. If you have a passion for paediatric nursing we - d love to hear from you!
