Are you a great communicator with strong administrative skills? The Critical Care Complex team has an exciting role for a Ward Clerk.
Previous customer service experience would be an added advantage. This role involves high level of people contact; both on the phone and in person. Therefore, effective communication and outstanding customer service skills along with a professional approach and a courteous manner are essential. Your key tasks will include customer service, reception duties, admission discharge and transfer of patients, management of clinical paperwork and computer data entry. This is a part time role woking Monday to Sunday 7 on 7 off and the hours of work is 3pm to 11pm.
Essential
- Previous experience as a Receptionist including telephone experience
- Advanced computer skills
- Previous clerical experience
Desired
- Experience in the health industry
- Experience using Patient Information Management system (iPM)
Dependent on skills and experience the salary is in line with the PSA Clerical and Administrative staff collective agreement which is between $60,671 to $63,367 pro-rata.
