24 hours per week (0.6FTE)
Hours are Monday to Friday, but can be negotiable
We are looking for a real team player with proven clerical and administrative skills to join the Critical Care Complex (CCC) Team. The main focus of this role is data collection, entry and its input into variety of data bases along with other associated administrative tasks.
You will need excellent organisational and communication skills, be customer service focussed and have a flexible "can do" attitude. An ability to use your initiative to anticipate team needs, multi-task and prioritise within a fast paced environment is essential as is accuracy and an eye for detail. Previous experience within a hospital setting would be a definite advantage.
As well as the collection and input of essential data and supporting administration function of the department you will be;
- Working collaboratively with senior medical and nursing staff
- Maintain our database
- Assist with report writing as required within a timeframe
- Filing and data processing
- Utilising and demonstrating information
This would be a great position for someone seeking to gain further understanding and experience of clinical data collection and database work. Opportunities for further training will be available.
Essential:
- Minimum 2 years administration experience
- Intermediate user of MS Office Word, Excel & Excel
- Relevant experience in data collection, data entry, managing data
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Dependent on skills and experience the salary is in line with the PSA Clerical and Administrative staff collective agreement which is between $64,903 to $67,787 pro-rata.
