An exciting opportunity has become available to work as a Professional Advisor / Patient Information Clinical Records and join our passionate team in the Clinical Records Department at Rotorua Hospital. 

About the role
•    Full time, permanent
•    40 hrs per week

The Professional Advisor / Patient Information Clinical Records role is based in the Clinical Records Department and provides administrative support to the Department, including liaising with clinical staff, providing orientation to the clinical records service, responding to information requests, filing and collating clinical information.    

About you

You should have 
•    Strong clinical and administrative history 
•    Knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology, with an understanding of clinical issues and procedures. 
•    Excellent computer skills
•    pro-rated to hours worked. 

To be eligible to work at Te Whatu Ora Lakes, you must be fully vaccinated, including COVID-19.

Salary range: $59,627 - $63,984
