Are you a registered midwife wanting to work in the Pukekohe Community?

Pukekohe Primary Birthing Unit is looking for a professional, energetic and fun Registered Midwife to join their dynamic team. Working in a picturesque rural setting, you will provide care for women from the community.  We facilitate approximately 250-300 births a year and another 350 – 400 return to the unit postnatally for inpatient care after birth.  We are a supportive, dynamic team with great clients to look after!

We are looking for a midwife with demonstrated outstanding communication skills and great initiative:

Essential

  • New Zealand Registered Midwife
  • Current Practicing Certificate
  • 1 - 5 years post registration relevant work experience

Desired

  • Relevant Tertiary Qualification
  • Experience in working in a multi-disciplinary team
