Our New Policy Professional (Graduate) Programme is a paid 12 month-long development and training programme that upon successful completion will transition into a Policy Advisor role.

As a graduate on the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment MBIE) Policy Graduate Programme, you'll be tackling real-life problems and make a lasting difference in the life of New Zealanders.

Minimum requirements:

• You can have no more than one-year post-graduation full-time work experience
• You must have graduated, or will finish your study, before February 2024
• You must have the ability to legally live and work in New Zealand
• You must pass all our employment vetting and approval standards

Here are the proposed dates for the selection and screening process which could include one way video interview (Friday 14 - Monday 17 April), situational judgement and written test (Sunday 30 April – Tuesday 2 May) and an online  panel interview (Monday 22 May – Thursday 25 May).
