We are looking for a motivated experienced Occupational Therapist ready to take their next career step into the Senior Occupational Therapy role for Child, Youth and Family Mental Health Services. This leadership role will represent Occupational Therapists within the service and maintain strong links to their profession.
The successful applicant will be an effective communicator between the management team and clinicians, you will be required to assist in recruitment, performance reviews and to coordinate professional development opportunities for staff and support Occupational Therapists in the Child, Youth and Family Mental Health Service.
There will be opportunities for your own leadership skill development as well as supporting the development of others within the profession.
The role will require input into various projects, drawing on your extensive clinical knowledge and experience to ensure that the voice of Occupational Therapists is heard at all levels.
There is an expectancy that the successful candidate will also work up to 0.4fte clinically within the portfolio.
