About the role:
Our Principal Advisors are thought leaders focused on the two to five year horizon, responsible for deeply understanding ACC's business strategy and working through communities of practice to help implement the strategy from a people perspective. They will use their understanding of our strategic direction and their significant subject matter expertise to provide advice that supports development of a new People Strategy and its associated plans. Our Principal Advisors are expert facilitators and influencers who communicate clearly and concisely using plain language. They help translate high level strategic thinking into pragmatic people-oriented solutions that our senior leaders can easily support, our People and Culture Group can implement, and our people can adopt.
