Right now, we are seeking an enthusiastic Occupational
Therapist to join our Inpatients Mental Health team. In this role you will work
collaboratively with colleagues and a multi-disciplinary team to deliver safe
and clinically effective assessment and interventions across the service.
This role offers variety and works closely with
individual patients/clients and their whanau to enable provision of
occupational therapy interventions that are coordinated and promote
independence. Along with knowledge and experience of evidence-based practice
the successful candidate will have:
- A Diploma or Degree in Occupational Therapy
- A Current Practising Certificate
- Excellent
Interpersonal/Communication Skills (including assertiveness, diplomacy, and
sensitivity)
