- Permanent 0.8 FTE (32 hours per week) position.
- Option to pick up 1.0 FTE (40 hours per week) fixed term June 2023 to end of July 2023
- Role will be primarily based in Westport.

What you - ll do with your time;
You will be working in a small supportive and close knit Multi Disciplinary team including other Allied Health Professionals We have a great working relationship with District Nursing, Complex Clinical Care Network and other community services, all based in the Westport campus. We are also opening of our brand new Integrated family Health Centre nearly next year!
The Northern West Coast is renowned for its beauty, wilderness and outdoor activity opportunities, the people of the Buller area are resilient , can do folk with a strong Community spirit .
About you;
As a Social Worker you will be responsible for providing
appropriate and effective psychosocial assessment, diagnosis, intervention,
monitoring and evaluation to clients.
It is essential that you have;
- A recognised tertiary qualification in Social Work
- Registration with the Social Work Registration Board of NZ
- A current certificate of competency to practice social work
