Reporting to the Assistant to Academic Registrar this role sits within the Academic Registry team which is responsible for student admission and enrolment, assessment extension support and examinations, awards and qualifications, student information management, and to administer and maintain quality reporting systems for internal/external clients and stakeholders.
As an Administrator, you will be responsible for providing a high standard of administrative support and customer service within a cross functional team to learners and staff. You will assess complex enrolment applications, answer enquiries and provide administrative support to learners, including those experiencing exceptional circumstances, to continue on their learning journey. You will demonstrate sound judgement to interpret and implement policy to achieve effective delivery of comprehensive Academic Registry services.

You will have
- A broad range of administrative experience and the ability to manage a range of tasks, working to tight deadlines and timeframes
- A high level of judgement, flexibility, problem solving, self-motivation and responsiveness
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience interpreting and applying regulations and maintaining confidentiality
- An ability to gather, process, interpret, analyse and present a range of information and data in meaningful ways
- Excellent database management and Microsoft Office skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a wider team, providing assistance when needed.
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer service focus
