Clinical Nurse Specialist Respiratory at Te Whatu Ora - Health New Zealand Lakes, Bay of Plenty

Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) Respiratory and Adult Sleep Disorder Breathing.  
Fixed Term (6 months), Part time - 0.6 FTE for extended leave cover

An exciting opportunity has become available for a nurse, wishing to advance their nursing practice in Respiratory and Adult Sleep Disorder Breathing care. This role is about providing specialist nursing care to patients to achieve best patient outcomes, as well as supporting all Lakes District Health Board staff in the care of patients with respiratory conditions and sleep disorder breathing care needs.

The successful candidate will have excellent people management and communication skills and have proven case management and clinical leadership. Previous experience in managing patients with complex long term health needs is essential.

Ideally the candidate will be working towards or has completed an appropriate Post Graduate qualification.
