The Service Delivery and Operations branch is the face of DIA. Whether we're helping to register births, deaths, marriages or charities, or assisting in passport applications, community grants or civil union and name change registrations, we're dedicated to serving the needs of New Zealanders.

We are looking for someone to join our Operational Policy team within Te Pāhekoheko Operations. The team is responsible for operational policy for passports, citizenship, births, deaths, marriages and civil unions, charities registration and community grants and funds. It's a busy role where you can positively impact the lives of New Zealanders, in supportive and collaborative atmosphere.
