Administrator/Kaiwhakahaere at Te Whatu Ora - Health New Zealand Capital, Coast & Hutt Valley, Kenepuru Hospital/Porirua

Location: Porirua

Service: Mental Health Needs Assessment Service Coordination (MHNASC)

Contract: Permanent Part-time - 20 hours/week

Salary: $64,903 - $67,787 (pro-rata)

Kōrero mō te tūranga - About the role

The role will cover basic administration duties and support the team with their requirements.  This is a varied and busy environment, and our ideal person will be flexible, efficient and have excellent data entry skills.

Mō tō mātou rōpū - About our team

MHNASC is an innovative team that provides comprehensive assessments of mental health and addictions support needs for people aged 18 and over, and refers them to services in the community.  These services may include community based supports, home based support and housing and recovery residential accommodation. MHNASC works closely with Te Whatu Ora teams, NGO services and other community agencies.

We are looking for someone who has the following:

  • Data entry skills and experience
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Clean and current full driver - s licence
  • Be eligible to work in New Zealand
