The Team: What we do

Here at Christchurch Hospital we are looking for an experienced Physiotherapist to join the leadership team to provide professional expertise and guidance across a service.  This role is scope as - Expert - on the SI career framework. The Allied Health Clinical Leader, Physiotherapy will:

• enhance and develop physiotherapy clinical knowledge in the designated area  
• maintain advanced clinical, cultural and professional standards and competencies across the designated area of service
• Evaluate clinical practice through reflection, audit and outcome measures to continually improve the physiotherapy service to patients and whanau
  

The Role: Where you fit in

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Providing expert clinical and professional practice and optimising the model of care
• Assisting the Clinical Manager in leading service planning and delivery
• Providing clinical leadership and enhancing the culture of excellence
• Assisting the Clinical Manager with workforce management
• To lead and maintain a high-quality service delivery

• An awareness of the application of research and innovation to improve clinical practice and service delivery models
• Professional demeanour and high level of personal integrity

• Self-motivated, independent, with a high level of initiative
