Te whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity

Waikato Hospital is seeking an experienced Clinical Workforce Coordinator in Women's and Children's Health. Reporting to the operations manager, this role works alongside another clinical workforce coordinator, sharing the workload. The role includes liaising with junior and senior doctors to organise their work rosters, supporting medical and nursing recruitment and administration for Women's and Children's services.

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic team player, who has administration experience with the ability to learn new systems and processes easily. This role will suit someone who loves to use initiative, enjoys a busy workload, works efficiently and has great attention to detail. Ideally, you need to be someone who is resilient to learning through making mistakes, as it is a challenging job to orientate to with lots of rostering intricacies to learn!

 

The successful candidate will preferably have:

  • Rostering experience

  • Administration skills

  • A 'can do' and solution focussed attitude

  • The successful applicant will need to be available to start work by 0730 to manage short notice leave, Monday - Friday.
