Personal Assistant at New Zealand Transport Agency, Wellington

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • Proven experience in a senior administration or executive/personal assistance support activities
  • Experience in diary and email management for senior managers
  • A proven use of initiative skills and experience in planning, prioritising, and working under pressure
  • Discreet and tactful when dealing with confidential, commercially sensitive, and personal work-related information
  • Set high standards including accuracy, attention to detail and meeting deadlines
  • Continuous improvement ethos, experience looking for and implementing business process improvement
  • Collaborative team skills and is skilled at fostering and building relationships
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite

You will demonstrate knowledge of, or a willingness to gain an understanding of Te Ao Māori and promote tikanga and Te Reo Māori. You will also have knowledge of, or a willingness to gain an appreciation of te Tiriti o Waitangi (the Treaty of Waitangi) as it applies in the public sector.
