Right now, we
are looking for an enthusiastic Occupational
Therapist to work within our Occupational Therapy team.
Your role would be primarily based on
the wards where you will have an inpatient caseload and the opportunity to work
within a supportive multi-disciplinary team. You will also be given the hours
to cover a small community caseload as well. You will be providing Occupational
Therapy assessment and a variety of interventions in order to promote
independence.
There may also be the opportunity to
rotate around the service to keep things fresh for you. All the variety and challenge you need.
The ideal candidate would have:
- A Diploma or Degree in Occupational Therapy
- A Current Practising Certificate
- A Drivers Licence
- Excellent Interpersonal/Communication Skills
(including assertiveness, diplomacy, and sensitivity) - Enable NZ Assessor Accreditation
