Child and Family Safety Service
(CFSS) focuses on reducing the incidence and preventing re-occurrence of family
harm in communities as well as reducing the impact that family violence has on
wh nau who are enduring, or at risk of harm.
In this role, you will support the CFSS team by undertaking
administrative duties to support the implementation of the Violence
Intervention Programme within and across Te Whatu Ora (Nelson Marlborough),
with a specific focus on the Whāngaia Ngā Pā Harakeke health response.
Hours of work will be up to 56 hours a fortnight, Monday to Friday, working between the hours of 7.30AM and 3.00PM. Actual hours and days of work will be discussed with the preferred candidate.

You will be a person of
integrity who will respect the confidentiality and sensitivity of information and
will have a pleasant disposition, sense of humour and the ability to work with
a high degree of diplomacy and co-operation to provide quality service.
You will have three to four
plus years of administration experience and will ideally be familiar with
health & disability systems, databases and terminology.
You will also bring the following skills, experience and qualities to the role:

Te Whatu Ora staff must have completed their primary course of two NZ approved COVID-19 vaccinations as they have direct contact with patients and members of the public.
