As the Executive Assistant to our Deputy Chief Executive - People and Culture, you'll be joining an extraordinary team who find, develop, grow, and enable the more than 4,000 hugely talented people who deliver ACC's mahi across New Zealand. How will you know if this role is right for you?
- You're an experienced Executive Assistant known for being a team player.
- Diary and inbox management, travel arrangements and general coordination tasks are a walk in the park for you, but it's your communication and engagement skills and natural influence where you really shine.
- You pride yourself on being several steps ahead of your executive, anticipating their requirements today, next week, and next month. You have great attention to detail, juggle competing demands, and you leave people wowed by your proactive and seamless support.
- You are familiar working in a fast-paced, changing environment and effective at making decisions and problem solving.
- Your written communication skills are second to none, and you're well accustomed to carefully managing the highly sensitive information and scenarios that come with being an integral part of an executive's office.
- As an extension of your Deputy Chief Executive, you know your interactions are also a reflection of both them and the wider function and you pride yourself on offering a professional and engaging experience to everyone you work with.
- Experience working within and/or following a change process would be useful but is not essential.
This is a full time, Wellington based role. Indicative salary between $80,000-$95,000, plus 9% super is on offer, with appointment depending on skills and experience.
