64 hours per fortnight (0.8 FTE)
We have a rare short term role available for an experienced Social Worker in the inpatient rehabilitation ward due to a secondment opportunity for one of our current team. You will be ready to hit the ground running as part of a dynamic Allied Health Team committed to enhancing the patient journey. We’re looking for someone who will get involved in the delivery of high quality Social Work service for adult clients who are admitted to the rehabilitation ward. Our ideal candidate will be able to advocate for their patients and work as part of the team to provide the best care possible.
