Our Administration teams work together and share the responsibility for arranging referrals, setting up supports communicating with providers on behalf of our customer facing Recovery Teams.
As a Recovery Administrator, your day could include:
- Actioning requests for accommodation and transport to maximise client independence
- Arranging support services, mobility aids, and equipment
- Sourcing and confirming medical notes from healthcare practitioners
- Privacy checking information, ensuring that the information sent is correct and being sent to the appropriate recipient
This is a key role as you will provide the mechanisms which ensure our clients receive effective rehabilitation and subsequent return to independence, as well as protecting information stored on behalf of our clients.

What would I need to be successful in this role?
- Great communication skills (verbal and written) as you will be working across teams and functions
- A can-do attitude - someone who is always keen to get stuck in and do the mahi
- A keen problem solver - you will be a forward thinker and look to be proactive in finding solutions when you face challenges.
- Tech savvy - you will be able to operate effectively in a digital environment with a wide range of technology systems and tools
- Experience working in an administration role would be advantageous, but not required
