Te whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity

A permanent position is available for a Health Care Assistant in the Outpatient Service of Thames Hospital. You will be working alongside a team of friendly and enthusiastic nurses and doctors assisting with some clinical care. Another key function of the role will be stock control and ordering with some clerical support of the team required. We are looking for an individual with excellent time management, excellent communication skills, and who is eager to learn to join our team. If this is you we would like to meet you.

Responsibilities:

• Provide patient care under direction of a registered nurse

• Assist with tasks delegated by a registered nurse

• Restocking and tidying

• Ordering and management of stock and storage areas
