Te whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity
We're looking for an eager individual to take on the role as an Equity Coordinator in Oral Health and work on a transformative project. The project will embark on a comprehensive review of the inequities with our high risk patients, provide solutions and an effective model that is responsive to complex/high needs consumers. You'll also develop tools and pathways to ensure success of the model.

Required skills & experience you will need to be considered for this role:

You will have knowledge and understanding of Te Tiriti o Waitangi.
-
You will have Tertiary level qualification in health or related disciplines.
-
You will need to have considerable service level experience and have worked for 5 years or more in health preferably in a large and complex environment.

You will be required to have considerable knowledge of setting up systems and processes, including a high level of understanding and experience in front end and back end of IPM and Clinical Work Station and ProVation system.

You will have knowledge and understanding of basic project management

You will need to be able to provide evidence of your ability to identify and implement Service Improvement opportunities, processes and be able to provide project level documentation and be able to manage timeframes and budgets.

You will demonstrate an ability to engage with and work alongside a range of stakeholders.
