The opportunity has arisen for a NZ registered pharmacist to join our friendly and supportive team at Nelson Hospital Pharmacy. You will play a key role in assisting with delivery of clinical pharmacy services across Te Whatu Ora (Nelson Marlborough). Supporting our existing pharmacist team, and immersing yourself in clinical pharmacy services, are pivotal to this role.
This role is 1.0 FTE (80 hours per fortnight) with working hours Monday to Friday between 7am and 6pm however all applications will be considered including part-time and temporary placements. Please don - t hesitate to get in touch to have a chat
The full-time equivalent salary for this role is usually in the range of $73,037 to $90,534 (step 4- 10) based on the current APEX Pharmacy MECA, dependent on skills, experience, and relevant qualifications.

Our ideal applicant will be able to demonstrate sound application of clinical knowledge, good communication skills and will be technology savvy and innovative in their approach. You may have experience of hospital pharmacy; however if not, consideration will be given to qualified pharmacist keen to extend into hospital practice. If you are looking for a new challenge this role could be for you. Teamwork and communication is really important to us and we like to support each other and have fun.
The successful candidate must be eligible to work in New Zealand or hold a valid NZ work visa at the time of applying.
