As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play an important role in delivering excellent front line support to our customers. You'll strive for first contact resolution, providing education and advice to customers supporting them to comply with regulations and legislation. These roles are phone and email based giving you variety in your day to day work.
- We have a range of hours available including full time Monday to Friday roles, part-time roles (minimum 20 hours per week, school hours included) and other flexible shift options.
- We operate a roster that covers Monday to Friday 7.55am - 6pm and weekend days 8:30am - 5pm.
- You'll need to be available for 3 weeks full time training starting from Monday 17 July between the hours of 8am - 4:30pm.

You will demonstrate knowledge of, or a willingness to gain an understanding of Te Ao Māori and promote tikanga and Te Reo Māori. You will also have knowledge of, or a willingness to gain an appreciation of te Tiriti o Waitangi (the Treaty of Waitangi) as it applies in the public sector.

Customer Services play an integral role as the primary interface between the public of Aotearoa and Waka Kotahi, resolving issues with manaakitanga and supporting customers with a broad range of enquiries to uphold their compliance within the land transport system.
