We currently have an opportunity for Appointment Coordinator to join our team at 15 Lambie Drive Manukau City, our car-parking on site is free. This is a full time, fixed term position until December 2023, you will need to be flexible to move to other areas/locations within the district. The hours of work are Monday to Sunday with some flexibility around the start time being no earlier than 07:30am, and no later than 09:00am.
At the Referral & Appointment Centre, we are a close-knit service, who are supportive and truly work in partnership with our organisation and community we serve. In this unique role you will be responsible for coordinating referrals, scheduling outpatient appointments and elective theatre bookings. We communicate with patients/whanau, clinicians and relevant teams involved in patient’s care.
It is essential you have:
- 2+ years experience in an administration/customer service
- Advanced user of MS Office Suite and a quick learner of IT applications
- Experience working within a large & diverse team
- Sound communications skills both verbal and written
- Excellent time management & interpersonal ability
The salary band for this role is between $67,932 to $70,951, dependent on skills and experience.
