About the team:
Our team consists of over 50 experienced high performing Business Analysis professionals giving you a unique opportunity to learn from some of the best. Our Business Analysis Capability team provide BA services to our organisation which run the breadth of our profession covering process and IT change. Our experienced leadership help guide the way and are commitment to helping our people become better. We also offer the opportunity for a variety of career paths as our team consists of Business analysts, Senior Business Analysts and Principal Business Analysts. We want you to learn, grow, contribute, bring your whole self, enjoy your time as a professional Business Analyst and as an agent of change at MBIE.
We are keen to hear from you if you have:
- 3+ years' experience as a Business Analyst, Business Data Analyst, or Technical Analyst
- A curious mind and a desire to learn
- Ability to understand customer needs and translate this into business and technical requirements and user stories
- The ability to collaborate with others to achieve good outcomes
- The ability to build strong working relationships with managers, MBIE employees and other stakeholders
Pre-requisites
- Have a relevant tertiary or professional qualification, OR equivalent knowledge, skills and experience
- You must be New Zealand Resident for last 5 years or a New Zealand Citizen to be considered for this role
- Agile and DevOps delivery methodology experience is desired
- Wellington based
