You will be joining the Service Strategy and Insights team that is responsible for shaping and implementing our strategy for the businesses of Aotearoa and ensuring we are delivering on ACC's priorities. You will be supporting the delivery of the strategy, as well as being responsible for timely and sound analysis and advice to shape and guide strategic business and customer improvements and opportunities.
Above all, we are looking for an individual who has experience in thinking laterally, who can take a holistic and customer centric view and apply this to all they do. You'll be confident in working with stakeholders at a range of levels to drive strategic goals. Your ability to translate insights, performance and strategy will be key to this roles success to unite others around the work that needs to be done and why.
What we are looking for from you to be successful in this role:
- Proven experience in successfully leading and delivering integrated and strategically aligned work programmes.
- Excellent interpersonal, relationship building, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in effectively managing day to day work planning and prioritisation of key activities.
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical, problem-solving and risk mitigation.
- Strong communications skills verbal and written.
- Relevant work experience in a similar role at a senior level - tertiary qualification in business or economics would be advantageous but not necessary.
- Confidence when dealing with ambiguity, remaining calm under pressure.
- The Service Strategy and Insights Team sits within the Business Partnerships unit and supports all teams across ACC who are engaging with businesses by advising and supporting strategic work programmes. The team works closely with other strategy and insights areas of ACC and represents our business customers views and needs in enterprise discussions. This role will play a critical role in delivering on not just our business customer strategy but ACC's strategic intent.

The base salary range for this role is approximately $98k - $120k with a generous 9% superannuation contribution depending on skills and experience.
