He Pou Aronui | Organisational Capability and Services is a branch dedicated to supporting the rest of the Department to succeed by providing corporate services that help business groups and people within Te Tari Taiwhenua to make the best contribution to New Zealand.
Working in the Branch Development & Support team, your mahi will be leading the planning, reporting and accountability processes for He Pou Aronui. You will also be involved in projects and initiatives that uplift performance, culture and capability across the branch.
This role will give you the opportunity to engage with senior leaders, while working with a range of stakeholders to ensure advice is well informed and risk aware.
To be successful in this role you will need to:
- Use your analytical and presentation skills to provide high quality advice to senior leaders on organizational non-financial and finance performance.
- Build strong relationships across the branch and with key stakeholders across the Department.
- Bring your experience with public sector accountability processes to lead planning, reporting and accountability for the branch.
- Be willing to lend a hand across our all our mahi and be able to prioritise.
