Ko tā mātou mahi - Our Role
We are looking for a motivated, passionate person with an eye for detail to join us as an Information Centre Assistant at our Lakeside, Te Kauwhata Information Centre. This is a fun customer facing role that will allow you to connect with your local community. The Information Centre is a hub that the public can visit to ask about the work we're doing in the area. Your role will be to receive enquiries and share plans and information about developments. You'll also build strong relationships with our builder partners and the local community.
The Information Centre is a lovely environment, where no two days will be the same. If you're interested in property and enjoy being community facing, this could be the ideal role for you.
This role is part-time 6 hours per week working one day per week between Thursday to Sunday with the hours of 10:00 am - 4:00 pm. There is scope to increase hours as the project progresses.

To be successful in this position, you will demonstrate the following:
- Local knowledge and a passion for Lakeside, Te Kauwhata area
- Experience in a customer facing role
- Flexibility to work on a casual basis
- Excellent communication skills and basic computer skills
- An interest in Property and an understanding of the home buying process
- A positive, friendly, proactive, and self-motivated approach
