Clinical Coach - Gynaecology (Full Time Permanent Role)
Rostered Shifts Monday to Sunday

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse with a high level of expertise in nursing to join our Women’s Health team in the role of Clinical Coach- Gynaecology.
You will be a proficient or expert Registered Nurse with energy, enthusiasm, and initiative who is interested in developing your skills and ability to coach individuals to deliver safe, high quality care.
A key role of this position is to work at the bedside, alongside staff, coaching and promoting evidence-based care and critical thinking.
Alongside your colleagues, you will be fostering a positive work environment incorporating Te Whatu Ora Counties Manukau values to ensure the service is a great place to work.

You will want to continue to grow and develop your leadership skills.
Essential:
To ensure success in the role you will need to have:
- New Zealand Registered Nurse
- Current Annual Practicing Certificate
- Proficient or Expert level PDRP
- A minimum of 5 years recent nursing experience
- Proven preceptorship skills
It would also be preferred if you have:
- Gynaecology or surgical nursing experience
- A postgraduate qualification
- Clinical teaching experience
