Team Leader / Professional Advisor Speech-Language Therapy 
Permanent 1.0 FTE (40 hours per week – Monday to Friday)

The Clinical Support Service is seeking a dynamic health professional to lead and support our dedicated Speech-Language Therapy team. The Team Leader / Professional Advisor role would provide both professional advice and line management of the Speech-Language Therapy team  for Te Whatu Ora Lakes.

This position has both clinical and non-clinical components  reporting operationally to the Service Manager Clinical Support Service.

You will need to be an experienced and registered Speech-Language Therapist who is capable at working at an advanced practice level and can provide both professional and operational leadership to a team of SLTs.

The preferred applicant will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be able to prioritize a  changing workload, set and meet objectives in the acute health environment. This position will require specific expertise in leadership, team building, problem-solving, strategic thinking and workforce development planning.

Salary range: $99,420-$104,108K
