Recent employees are saying…...
“Marinoto West is a TEAM made up of hard working professionals who are fun and supportive of one another. As a new staff member, everyone has been really helpful and willing to make my introduction to the team as positive as possible. While the nature of the work can be demanding, it is rewarding and made more so by the backing of a great team. (from my experience a connected/supportive team makes the work that much more manageable and enjoyable).”
“I have started as a new graduate nurse in lockdown and the team at Marinoto West have been incredibly welcoming and supportive during this time. I am grateful to have had this introduction to my nursing career and my time working at Marinoto West. There are many opportunities here and it is very much a multidisciplinary team where nurses’ views are heard”
