Demand for physiotherapy services is growing and we are increasing our capacity to meet the needs of the communities we serve. We - ve secured additional posts and are excited to be in a position to advertise for additional team members.
One area where demand for physiotherapy services currently outstrips our capacity is within our acute medical wards. These wards care for people presenting with a wide range of health problems and including respiratory services and high dependency. Working in a team of three physiotherapists, we work alongside medical, nursing and allied health clinicians to meet the needs of our patients and their whānau, and together provide timely and high quality assessment and intervention. This role may also include mentoring rotational physiotherapists and students.

Whilst this role is full time, for the right candidate we would be open to discussing part time hours.
We are enjoying growing as an experienced clinician team and developing our non-clinical skills. An appetite for developing and sharing your expertise and talents to build the best service for our patients would be awesome and complement our team - s vision.
We strongly encourage applicants from all backgrounds with the right skills and experience who share our values to apply and would greatly value seeing applicants from our Māori and Pacific Peoples communities and disabled physiotherapists . We - re commited to having a team that reflects our community and work hard to build cultural diversity and inclusivity as foundations to our team.
