A fantastic opportunity has become available for a motivated and hardworking experienced Team Administration Assistant to join the Non-Clinical Services at Middlemore Hospital.
This is a full time Monday to Friday position based at Middlemore Hospital. In this role you will provide secretarial and administrative support to the Service Manager; Contracts & Supply Manager, Cleaning Operations Manager; Satellites Operation Manager; Orderly Operations Manager; Manager Security Services, Team Leaders for Cleaning, Orderly, Mailroom and Telephony Team Leaders who are dedicated to providing excellence service to the organisation.
We are looking for someone who is a great communicator with a minimum of 10 years’ experience as an experienced Administrator. Your skillset will include (but is not limited to):
- Exceptional standards of accuracy and attention to detail
- A high level of agility along with the ability to work under pressure, prioritise effectively, multi- task and meet tight time frames
- A collaborative working style and the ability to work well as part of a team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience drafting, designing and producing documents, reports, presentations including taking meeting minutes.
- The ability to provide assistance with complex invoicing
- Advanced skills across the Microsoft Office suite and a high degree of confidence and ability using technology
- Ability to quickly learn operating various organisational systems
- A willingness to adapt and change as business requirements change and evolve
