Te whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity
We have an opportunity for a Paediatric Physiotherapist, who can provide premium healthcare to our tamariki & youth. As a paediatric physiotherapist at Starship Hospital, you will thrive within a vibrant, innovative and diverse setting amongst a supportive interdisciplinary team of Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Dietetics, Hospital Play Specialists, Speech Language Therapists and Social Workers. Professionally, you will have many opportunities to develop and specialise in areas covered by the team, as well as receive ongoing support/ mentorship from the highly experienced clinicians you will work amongst
We are committed to delivering whānau-centred care that focuses on the health and wellbeing of children and their whānau. We are looking for a full-time Physiotherapist (40 hours a week) and a part-time Physiotherapist (24 hours a week) with experience and/ or an interest in acute paediatrics, to join the Allied Health team in Starship. These are permanent positions.

- Registration with the Physiotherapy Board of NZ with a current annual practising certificate

- Experience and/ or interest in acute paediatric care is desirable

Salary Range: Step 2 $63,135 to Step 8 $85,204 Allied health Scale (Depending on experience)
The remuneration for this position is covered by a collective agreement (PSA Allied, Public Health Scientific Technical MECA)
