Mō tātou Ratonga | About our Service
Nothing prepares you for the humanity of working in a hospital – nobody does People and Culture like us. It is an incredibly privileged role, you aren’t contributing to the “bottom line” of a corporate, you are enabling health, and the incredible people that deliver it. If that’s ‘your why’ you need to join us.
AskHR (which sits within our Shared Services team) is the backbone of our HR and OD department, and as such is an excellent stepping stone for someone looking to become an HR generalist, or an already experienced HR Coordinator looking to gain awesome experience in a highly complex organisation.
We constantly seek ways to improve the experience for our 8000+ employees and managers. You will be immersed in handling enquiries and support tasks across all HR areas; be-it answering employee relations enquiries, assisting in employment change requests, attending investigation meetings or providing input into HR projects.
