We are seeking a Booking Clerk to join our team within the Outpatient Clinic, Meade Clinical Centre.
Key responsibilities of the role:

Maintaining accurate patient information on waiting lists and appointments

Scheduling outpatient clinic appointments

Supporting services to meet Ministry of Health Targets

Collating all information required for the patient appointments

Liaising with staff and patients

Mōu | About you
The successful applicant will need to demonstrate:

Excellent communication skills

Strong customer service focus

Strong administration and computer skills, previous administration and hospital system experience would be an advantage but are not essential as training will be provided.

Excellent time management and organisational skills.
Previous experience in healthcare is desirable but not essential.
