The details: Full time - 40 hours per week

We are seeking a Booking Clerk to join our team within the Outpatient Clinic, Meade Clinical Centre.

Key responsibilities of the role:

• Maintaining accurate patient information on waiting lists and appointments

• Scheduling outpatient clinic appointments

• Supporting services to meet Ministry of Health Targets

• Collating all information required for the patient appointments

• Liaising with staff and patients

Mōu | About you

The successful applicant will need to demonstrate:

• Excellent communication skills

• Strong customer service focus

• Strong administration and computer skills, previous administration and hospital system experience would be an advantage but are not essential as training will be provided.

• Excellent time management and organisational skills.

Previous experience in healthcare is desirable but not essential.
