Ko tā mātou mahi - Our Role
In this role you will be working alongside and supporting our Customer Liaison and Placement team in Christchurch.
You will be working alongside internal stakeholders to make sure our retrofits/customer relocations are completed in a timely manner. This will involve raising purchase orders, general administration tasks and following up with a raft of emails to close the loop on completed work. You will be expected to work from the office full time.

- Prior experience working in an administration role in a busy office.
- Ae proactive, flexible and well organised work ethic
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, coupled with the ability to remain calm and resilient in sometimes pressured environments.
- Sound understanding of confidentiality and the importance of keeping our information safe.
- Skills in using the suite of Microsoft products and technology.
