Te tūranga - The role
The HRIS and Reporting Analyst will support the HRIS system (Workday) and other analytical reporting frameworks.
In this role you will support Workday as well as providing advice and guidance on HR applications. You will also assist with the development of high-quality HR reporting.
There will also be the opportunity to provide analysis, modelling and project management support to both the Transformation, Innovation, People and Culture Group and People Leaders to enable accurate planning and decision making. You will also be responsible for operations in relation to People and Capability processes, continuous improvement and risk management.

This is a 12 month fixed term contract.

You'll bring:
- Demonstrated analytical experience with the ability to problem solve and integrate solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, with attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
- A clear communicator with the ability to explore and agree requirements, and provide accurate and timely information and advice.
- The ability to tell a story with data and know when to ask questions to get the information you require.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Ideally three plus years' experience in HR, Analytics, Payroll and/or Finance systems, processes and reporting.
- Knowledge and experience in job evaluation and/or remuneration would also be advantageous.
