Finance Systems Coordinator: Responsibility for checking the fmis data integrity, fmis administration and user support, and supporting process improvements of finance systems.
- Studied or are studying towards a qualification in finance/accounting or an equivalent level of experience
- Proven finance system administration experience
- Ability to pick up new systems quickly
Financial Accountant: Provide financial accounting advice and support, including provision of high level financial analytical services. You will also be responsible for external financial reporting outputs.
- Post qualification experience in a charted accounting firm or a medium sized complex organisation within the public or private sector
- Demonstrated understanding of finance policies, principles and trends
- Sound IFRS knowledge and a familiarity with fixed asset accounting requirements
- Extensive experience in reconciliations and financial controls as well as managing the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.
Financial Accountant (Operational): Provide financial accounting advice and support, including provision of high level financial analytical services. The Financial Accountant (Operational) is also responsible for providing specific support for areas of expenditure that are required to be obfuscated.
- Post qualification experience in a charted accounting firm or a medium sized complex organisation within the public or private sector
- Demonstrated understanding of finance policies, principles and trends
- Sound IFRS knowledge and a familiarity with fixed asset accounting requirements
- Extensive experience in reconciliations and financial controls and managing the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
Finance Analyst: Responsibility for performing financial analysis and forecasting to support the provision of strategic financial management advice for decisions on current expenditure and planning future spending for the agencies.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in a financial or accounting discipline and/or equivalent level of experience
- Proven finance analysis experience
- Understanding of Accounting/Finance discipline
- Ability to translate strategy into operational delivery
