Te whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity
You’ll be managing an experienced oral health team with motivated individuals that are the top in their field, while also working alongside supportive Dental Managers to service the Greater Waikato Region. Your team be based on mobile clinics across Hauraki, Coromandel Peninsula and nearby rural towns. This role is pivotal in our service and requires the highest level of professionalism, sensitivity, and respect. We are a hard working team so you would need to be prepared to work hard to achieve goals, and in return you will lead a diverse and happy team who supports our community to ensure our young people stay healthy.

Required skills & experience you will need to be considered for this role:

Knowledge and understanding of Te Tiriti o Waitangi
-
Experience in a leadership role, managing a team of 10 or more people
-
Experience with budget management and knowledge of integrated service delivery
-
Highly developed communication skills with the proven ability to strongly lead, influence and challenge
-
The ability to present complex issues with clarity and provide appropriate solutions to issues
Previous experience managing a dental or medical practice is desirable but not essential.
