National Bowel Screening Programme – Community Care Coordinator
Te Whatu Ora Tairawhiti / Te Whatu Ora Waikato
An opportunity to join our team has become available, with two full time posts available.
Reporting to the Operations Manager Screening and Health Services, and strongly supported by a tight knit team, you’ll be focusing directly on engaging, educating and encouraging participation in the programme, in particular with our priority group populations (Maori and Pacific) to complete their test kits and participate within the bowel screening programme. This also includes providing support to attend colonoscopy, assessment or treatment appointments.

The remuneration range for this role is $58,914 to $72,826 and is covered by the PSA Allied, Public Health and Technical Multi-Employer Collective Agreement.

You will have a background in Health Promotion and Education and have worked in a community setting for more than 2 years.
